What is KNX and is it right for my villa?
KNX is a wired building automation standard ISO/IEC 14543. If your villa is over 300sqm and under construction, KNX is usually the right choice.
Can smart home be added to a finished villa?
Yes. We use Home Assistant with ZigBee switches and Somfy motors. No wall cutting required.
How much does a smart home cost in Cyprus?
Basic setup from €4,000–6,000. Full KNX villa installation €15,000–40,000. No charge for site visit.
Can DALI be integrated with KNX?
Yes. KNX/DALI gateways allow per-fixture addressable control from the KNX system.
