Full access at all times via app, NFC card and PIN. Remote gate and door release from mobile. Real-time push notifications for all access events across the property.
Access restricted to working hours on specified days. Entry to relevant points only — main gate and service entrance, not private areas. All events logged against their identity.
Temporary PIN code or NFC card valid for the duration of their stay. Code expires automatically — no manual revocation required. Useful for rental properties and villa management.
One-time or recurring codes for pool maintenance, gardeners, delivery services. You see exactly when they arrived and left, without being on site.

Can I let someone in remotely?
Yes. IP video intercom with mobile app allows you to see, speak and release the door or gate from anywhere with an internet connection. Visitor presses the door bell, you receive a push notification, see the camera feed and release the gate — from your phone, whether you are in the next room or abroad.
What happens during a power cut?
Gate motors have battery backup options — the gate continues to operate for several cycles during a power cut. Smart locks run on internal batteries and function independently of mains power. The system can be configured to fail-open or fail-secure depending on your security preference and local fire regulations.
Can access control be integrated with CCTV?
Yes. Entry events — gate opening, door bell press, failed access attempt — trigger camera recording clips and push notifications. When the gate opens, the entrance camera saves a clip tagged to that event. This is standard integration we configure on combined installations, not an additional cost.
How are NFC cards managed?
Cards and fobs are registered and revoked via software — no locksmith or physical change required. A lost or stolen card is deactivated immediately. New cards are added without visiting the site. Particularly useful for rental properties and villas with regular staff turnover.
Can I see who came and went?
Yes. All access events are logged with timestamp, user identity and entry point. Available in the management app or as a report. You can see exactly who entered through which door or gate and at what time — guests, staff, family members, each with their own identity.
Can the system give guests temporary access?
Yes. Guest codes and NFC cards can be set to expire automatically at a specified date and time. Guests receive a PIN code for the duration of their stay. The code expires automatically — no manual revocation required.
How does license plate recognition work for gate automation?
A dedicated LPR camera is mounted at the gate entrance with a clear view of approaching vehicles. When a vehicle arrives, the camera reads the number plate and compares it against a whitelist of registered plates. If the plate matches, the gate opens automatically — no intercom, no remote, no stopping. Unrecognised plates are logged and can trigger a push notification to the owner. Adding or removing a plate from the whitelist takes seconds in the management interface.
